Shipping

Courtyard uses Parcel Force as our parcel distributor. We aim to deliver all purchases to you between 9am-5am Monday to Friday.

Delivery Options



Due to adverse weather conditions and the extra weight of Christmas post we can not guarantee that a delivery will be made before Christmas. We apologise for any inconvenience.



  • Standard Parcel Force delivery at a cost of : £7 GBP on all orders. Any goods returned will be at your expense.
  • On occasion we may use the Royal Mail Signed For service
  • Delivery to Europe at a cost of : £20 GBP
  • Delivery to the rest of the world : Unfortunately, at the moment we are not shipping to outside the EU. If, however, you are shopping from a non-EU country please don't hesitate to contact us either by telephone or email and we will try our best to get you a quote for a delivery and send you your products.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you want to exchange it or you simply wish to return it please contact us on +44(0)1483 452825 or +44(0)1798 343506 within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will give you a Returns Authorization Number and we will then be able to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note that all returns will be at your own expense and that Courtyard cannot accept any responsibility for goods until they have been checked and signed for on return.

Upon receipt of returned goods we will notify you by email and process your exchange or refund.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We strongly recommend you contact us directly on +44(0)1483 452825 or +44(0)1798 343506 if you wish to exchange a product.

We are able to offer Store Credit in exchange for items. Please note that this is only valid for six months.

Please note that items brought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

Important Information

We will only accept returned goods that are in the condition that we dispatched them.
Therefore, please return products complete with tags, any cards of authenticity and without any indication that the product may have been used. Please also only try shoes on in carpeted areas. Products in imperfect condition will not be refunded

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Courtyard for a full refund. This does not apply to products that cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene.

For a return or exchange you must inform Courtyard via email or in writing within 7 days of receipt clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If, however, your order has already been shipped you will need to return it to us.

Faulty Items can be returned to us free of charge.

Due to reasons of fraud please note that we can only ship to the same address as the billing address.

We will, however, occasionally make exceptions if you speak personally to a member of our staff. If you wish for a product to be sent to an address that is not the billing address please contact us on (+44(0)1483 452825 or +44(0)1798 434 506 ) and we will endeavour to arrange this for you.
