If you change your mind about your purchase please return the unused goods to us within 14 days with the till receipt and we will offer you a credit note or an exchange. This does not include swimwear, earrings or other intimate items for reasons of hygiene.

This does not affect your legal rights including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where goods are faulty. In some circumstances fabric may have to be professionally tested to ascertain whether there is a genuine fault. Refunds are not given in any other circumstances unless prior agreement has been reached before the sale.

Vouchers can be exchanged for any items sold at Courtyard in Guildford or Petworth. They may not be redeemed for cash in any circumstances. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
