We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100. This delivery option will automatically be applied at the checkout if amount is over £100 and we use Royal Mail Standard Express delivery (2-3 working days) – more details below.
UK – ROYAL MAIL STANDARD EXPRESS DELIVERY (2-3 working days) – £5
Royal Mail Standard Express delivery service is provided Monday – Friday for orders from the United Kingdom. We will aim to despatch your order on the same day if ordered by 3pm. Orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days. Orders placed with this delivery option on a Saturday after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.
UK – ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY – £8
Place your order before 12pm, Monday to Thursday, and we will dispatch on the same day so you receive your order the next day. A signature is required on all orders. Orders placed after specified time, will be dispatched the following working day. If you require Saturday delivery, please specify in your order, within the order notes.
While we make every effort that you receive your delivery in good time, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specified date.
All full priced items can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period. Return shipping costs are excluded.
To return goods please:
1) Repackage your items carefully and securely.
2) Enclose the copy of your order and return form in the package.
3) Send to below and enclosed returns address.
If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days.
Returned products MUST be in new, unused and in unworn condition with original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
Goods are returned to Courtyard at the expense and risk of the customer. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

Please note: We do not accept returns on Intimates, Earrings or Swimwear. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once the returned item has been received by the boutique and if it complies with our Returns Policy, you will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. Please note, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
