Our New Collections for SS18
Posted April 16th 2018
As the buyer and owner of Courtyard I am always conscious of the need to find new and interesting collections each season as well as sticking to the ones that are popular with our customers. For this summer season I am really excited to introduce Seventy. a chic Italian brand new to the UK that is perfect for both special occasions and also day wear. It has that special continental, sophisticated style using the best quality fabrics with unusual prints and shapes that will definitely make you stand out from the crowd in a very good way.
Another new collection to Courtyard is Dea Kudibal. Beautiful silk tops and dresses in amazing prints. The tops can just be worn over jeans for an easy day to evening look or be added to some more tailored trousers for a very sophisticated look. The dresses are mainly shifts which are so easy to wear or maxi dresses for holidays or special occasions. This collection is just so wearable and makes you feel fantastic the minute you put it on.
So many of us just want to be able to dress up a pair of jeans during the evening with the perfect top and collections from Hemant and Nandita, Innika Choo and Hanasan all do exactly that. These are very special tops that edge away from the norm and use unusual fabrics and interesting shapes. See some examples below…
Talking of jeans, we now have 2 new brands to sit alongside our favourite DL1961 collection.
Parker Smith are just amazingly comfortable to wear and for those of you who want a higher waist this is the brand to try. Styles come in all kinds of washes and colours and there’s always a little twist to make them a bit different. Mos Mosh jeans are a new addition to the Courtyard collective – they are a fantastic price, have eye-catching embellishments as well as other quirky details, just to name a few!
The shoe brand Colors of California, hats by Ellen Paulssen, bags by Coccinelle and jewellery by Caroline Svedbom are some of the new accessories we are stocking.
